I will be looking at using a wider range of different research techniques including primary and secondary research. Firstly i will be looking at using Questionnaire, the reason for this is that i can as the questions that i need the answers for to make sure that the production i make is suitable for my target audience. My questionnaire will have opened and closed questions to be able to gain my audiences opinion about how it can improve. I will also be looking carefully at the close questions and make sure that it has a wide range of options for the audience to pick from so get a clear understanding.
I will also be looking at Focus groups, the reason behind this is that i will be able to get a better response and more ideas because my focus group will be that same age of my target audience so their views and opinion will matter and will be able to expand one idea so that the production is successful.
Secondary research
I will be looking at the internet to find out information about similar film genre and how successful they have been, this will allow me to gain a good understanding on how the film should be created. I can look at Box office statistic to find out how well films have done that have a similar genre to mine.
I will be able to look at books that might have information about pervious research and look at how that is relating to my own genre and idea. This information will be more accurate compared to the internet.
